A platform connecting Brazilian micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs) to public procurement through a mobile app with an AI assistant (LicIA). Medallion pipeline with Kafka KRaft — 12,050 records in the latest run, 0 invalid, 36,385 accumulated in Bronze and 16,917 unique contracts in Gold (95.2% MEI-eligible). FastMCP server with a LangGraph ReAct agent, 8 tools, Groq API (llama-3.3-70b) with Ollama fallback. Prefect orchestration (6h UTC) and a Streamlit dashboard. Team of 8 across 5 tracks. Capstone project — 5th semester of Systems Analysis and Development, CESAR School.

About

I grew up in Palmares, Pernambuco, working at my family's market stall. At 14, from behind the counter, I understood firsthand what abusive fees and financial exclusion do to small businesses. That problem led me to fintech — and fintech led me to technology.

At 17, I co-founded Keiza Capital to connect Pix to stablecoins for international payments. I'm 20 now, I've completed a degree in Systems Analysis and Development at CESAR School, and I build AI systems applied to real problems — ETL connecting Brazilian micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs) to public procurement, intelligent agents that translate bureaucracy into natural language, data pipelines that drive business decisions.

I don't start from the model — I start from the problem. AI is the infrastructure. What matters is what it solves.
